Our restaurant named OVEN PUB has a varied selection particularly of Italian dishes and is especially well-known for its pizzas fresh from an olive-tree fired wood-burning oven. You can also choose from different pastas, steaks, Greek cuisine and salads. The dishes are all home-made and the produce used comes from the local area or is home-grown.

The rooms are made for two adults and one baby till 3 years (the baby bed is not charged) or an extra bed in the room (the extra bed is charged).

The sea is less than 1 minute walking time from your room.

1 minute walking time is also the nightlife.

Car Parking

No charge (free use of local car parking less than 1 minute walk from the Metaxa Apartments).

Car Parking is only available by special request and availability has to be confirmed by the Hotel.

Children and Extra Beds

Every child under 4 years is for free. Cots are only available by special request and availability has to be confirmed by the Hotel.

Extra beds up the age of 4 are charged. Extra beds have individual charges per month. Extra beds are only available by special request and availability has to be confirmed by the Hotel.

Conditions of Payment / Guarantee

If you decide to Book with Metaxa Apartments we will need from you a Deposit of 35% as a guarantee of your Total Amount to keep your Reservation until your Arrival Date.

In compliance with the conditions at the listed cancellations, we will transfer the deposit back to you.

1. Payment by Credit card

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax or email.

Selecting payment by Credit card your booking is confirmed by e-mail after the charge 35% Deposit of your Total Price from your Credit card by giving your credit card details. Your credit card will be verified.

The rest of the payment is to be made directly at Metaxa Apartments in cash or by credit card.

In compliance with the conditions at the listed cancellations, we will transfer the deposit back to you.

The Hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card before arrival.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer

Selecting payment by Bank transfer your booking is confirmed by e-mail after transferring the 35% Deposit of your Total Price in our Bank account. The rest of the payment is to be made directly at Metaxa Apartments in cash or by credit card.

In compliance with the conditions at the listed cancellations, we will transfer the deposit back to you.

Cancellation Policy

The following refunds will apply:
Cancellation of accommodation: loss of deposit (the minimum deposit is 35% of the accommodation cost).
Balance refund conditions:
If the accommodation balance has been paid and the accommodation is at a later date cancelled, the following refund of the balance payment will be given:


Cancellations made (56 days) prior to arrival a refund of 100%.
55 days - 48 days prior to arrival a refund of 80%
47 days - 40 days prior to arrival a refund of 60%
39 days - 32 days prior to arrival a refund of 40%
33 days - 26 days prior to arrival a refund of 20%
25 - 1 days prior to arrival, or no show, no refund will be given.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Transfer

Airport transfer can also be arranged.

Some of the options are:

• About 30 Euros per person transfer from the airport to the hotel and return with our hotel limos or mini bus.

• For large groups we can arrange a coach at a suitable price.

• Car rental is an interesting option that it will also give you the opportunity to discover the island as well.

• Local taxi, about 50 Euros per taxi one way ( 4 persons can fit into each taxi )
